My best friend and I are on a cross country road trip from Connecticut to California and back! We're both home from our sophomore years at college (he's at UConn, I'm at Brown) so we're hoping to save some funds and meet some awesome people on the road instead of staying at hotels! We are very gracious guests and we promise to clean up after ourselves. Let us know if you have some extra space for us!!

When Kent and I decided to take this road trip, we agreed that we wanted to get a taste of the local cultures of the cities and states that we visit, rather than just hitting all the major tourist spots. It's one thing to stay at a hotel or hostel in a major city, but it's another thing to spend time in the home of someone who has lived there and knows the feel and the culture of a place. We love conversation and adventure and we are really hoping to make some great connections along this journey.

My friend (Kent) it studying acting and I am studying directing at school, so the two of us are very interested in theater and film. We are both also avid soccer players/enthusiasts, so we're hoping to meet people who will watch the WOMEN'S WORLD CUP with us! And we'd like to stay in shape along the way, so Pilates has recently become a new interest for both of us.
We are also hoping to make a documentary-type film about our trip, and would love to include anyone who wants to make an appearance/take part in the project!
