Currently I have family and friends visiting for most of the summer and am finishing my dissertation, so I will most likely not be able to host you. I am more than willing to offer advice on traveling to Ireland or Galway and am happy to meet up with you and show you around if I have the time. I really try to respond to requests but it is difficult because I am so busy with school. I hope this helps!

I am a postgraduate student currently living in Galway, Ireland working on my Master's in history. I grew up in Temperance, Michigan, U.S.A. (near Toledo, Ohio). I spent most summers of my childhood crammed in the backseat of a car with my three siblings as my parents tent camped us across the country. This left me permanently scarred! ;) I am hooked on traveling! Throughout the past few years I have done a great deal of traveling in Europe. I moved to Ireland in August 2014 but have visited twice before for a total of 5 weeks. I have spent quite a bit of time traveling through Ireland but am most familiar with the Galway city and Connemara.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I have a lovely chalet in Galway with two bedrooms. The upstairs guest room has a queen sized bed as well as a single bed. I have a lovely kitchen, sitting room, bathroom, and laundry facility. Eyre Square and Shop Street are a 10 minute bus ride.
