Interests

Walking, cycling or simply moving my body. Traveling, I love to just walk/cycle/jog around, no plans, getting to now a place intuitively. Reading - Several books at a time, matching different moods! People and Conversations. Plant-based Vegan food, nutrition and how it effects the body in general. Movies with an interesting message. Movie-making - something I'd like to do more and improve on.
Explore inside - out through meditation, Yoga, other people and the surroundings!

Movies: the matrix, trueman show, la gran belleza, eternal sunshine of a spotless mind, the 100-year old who jumped out the window and disappeared, Groundhog day etc.

Music: Varies A LOT. From Vivaldi to Justin Bieber!

Books: In general everything by Eckhart Tolle, Paulo Cohelo, Haruki Murakami, Joe Vitale etc.

I'd like to learn Hula hoop dance, Acro Yoga, Salsa Dancing and I'd like to improve my Spanish skills. I'd be able to teach and share for example; Yoga, massage, Swedish and English.
