I'm studying Economics at undergraduate level and learning a bit of German on the side. I like staying active in my spare time by playing squash. I used to enjoy cycling, that was until my bike got stolen... I also enjoy cooking some decent food to keep me going - roast dinner, lasagne, etc...
I used to play a few video games - dota 2, cs go - but then kind of burned out of them, and now want to do something a little more productive. If you've got any hobbies you enjoy, I'll be sure to give them a go.

It's tragic how much of the world I haven't explored yet. Hopefully CS can help me explore the cultures, views and the people it has to offer.

I'm looking to experience the different cultures that make up the world we live in and meet new people along the way. If you have a cool story to tell, I'll listen; if you know of a hidden treasure your hometown has to offer, I'll explore; if your country has a national dish it's known for, I'll try it!

I have a really eclectic range of music that I listen to from a bit of rap to classical, pop to rock, indie to alternative, and anything else in between. If you have any favourite bands I've not listened to before I'll be sure to give em a listen. Some notable musicians I enjoy listening to include Arctic Monkeys, Rolling Stones, Jack Johnson, and a little bit of Mozart or Vivaldi once in a while.
Likewise, I enjoy watching a range of film genres.
Some favourite films include:
-Inception
-Fight Club
-Lord of the rings trilogy
I also enjoy watching a bit of TV but not too much. Favourite TV show atm: Game of Thrones.
I read a bit, but nowhere near as much as I should or would like to.

I can give you a bit of an English culture background from someone who has lived here their whole life. I could even cook you a typical English roast dinner if you fancy one.
I'm looking for a culture exchange with someone who can give an insight into the live of a German/Berliner. I am currently trying to tackle the complexities of the German language (cases, adjective endings, moods?!! arrggghhh...), so if you could help me in any way to speak German that would be greatly appreciated. I haven't had any practice speaking to a native speaker so it would be great to learn a bit from one. If you're like me and want to improve your second language (English) then I will happily converse with you over a beer and a Currywurst.
