ABOUT ME
My girlfriend, Cara, and I, are looking to meet new people and see the local life in your city! We have lived and taught English abroad in Thailand and always enjoy good company, conversation, and your local brews. In addition to teaching in Thailand, I volunteered for an anti-human trafficking NGO focused on helping young men at risk for sexual exploitation or those already in the sex industry (You can learn more about Urban Light here---I did the photography for their website while in Chiang Mai: www.urban-light.org). Cara is an elementary art teacher and I am a neuroscientist and will be starting my PhD in the Fall! I am also a science teacher for an online Chinese English as a Second Language school. It's an exciting time and we are traveling the west before I begin my studies (I definitely need a break). Looking forward to meeting you and hanging out! I am a registered yoga teacher and will definitely teach a class if you are interested!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted two travellers in the states and have had an amazing couch surfing experience in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I met an incredible family and had the best time seeing local life.
