I am currently a 3rd Year from the University of Santa Barbara, California studying abroad in Granada Spain for the year.

I am an easy going guy who enjoys hanging out with people.

I have three younger brothers and an amazing network of friends.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love meeting people and exploring new places. I would rather wake up early and run/hike/swim/bike/walk around a new place than stay out late and drink the night away.

I am on the UC Santa Barbara Triathlon Team-- in other words-- a runner trying to learn how to swim and bike.

I have also backpacked in Wyoming with NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) for a month... learning how to survive in the wilderness... catch fish, rock climb, survive my own stench, etc.

I volunteered with Amigos de las Americas, a non profit organization similar to the Peace Corps, for two months in the Dominican Republic. I lived in a small town with two other Amigos volunteers teaching about nutrition, recycling, sexually transmitted diseases, etc. I also learned the potent effects of Giardia, larvee, and ameebas.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed a little bit, hitting up Porto, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Budapest and London. That said, I'm always a bit nervous couchsurfing..
