CURRENT MISSION

What i aim to do with the time i'm fortunate enough to have before i settle down with a career is to spend it discovering different cultures, meeting more and more people, making friendships and ultimately discovering myself.

ABOUT ME

I like to socialize a lot with people but at the same time i enjoy a solitary lifestyle.

I am very active and enjoy basketball and taekwondo as my two main sports. I am also very musical and play/write/sing my own songs on guitar.

I have a lot of travelling experience. when i was 17 i spent a year in Chile on a student exchange, when i was 21 i spent 6 months in Albuquerque, New Mexico doing a semester of study abroad. My current travels will however be the first where i have traveled on my own and so i am both nervous and excited about what is to happen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couchsurfing however over past several years i have had people from all over the world come and go from my house.

In 2006 Diego Alano from Brazil stayed with me and my family for the year and we had an amazing time, Diego showed me what it is really like to party :)

In 2008 I was in Antofagasta, Chile for the whole year on a student exchange. I had to go to school and this opened up my eyes to the joy of travelling and staying in places for extended periods.

2009 Isi Delgado from Santiago, Chile stayed with us for the year while she attended school. Having been in Chile previously this made for an interesting experience for both of us.

2011 I spent 6 months in Albuquerque, NM studying and living out of a home for the first time on my own. I had the best time of my life :)

2012 Leonard Kollros from Switwerland stayed with me and my family for just longer than 6 months while he took up some part time work experience. Leonard was a host brother for my eldest brother in 2005 when my brother did an exchange to Switzerland.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For me getting up on stage and playing music i have written to people that actually listen and enjoy it would have to be the one of the greatest feelings.

Also one time i left my wallet in a taxi and the driver drove it to my house in the morning. That put a little faith back in humanity for me haha.
