Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It is said that seeing is believing. I am the one who wanna discover things by myself not from books or what the social media said. When I have decided to go to Philippine, my friends are freaking out. Because they have heard some negative things about this country and the tensions between two governments. So although they have never been Philippine by themselve, they believe it's dangerous and try to persuade me giving up the idea. Then I went there, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience! One local and one foreigner hosted me, which helped me to look at Philippine from different perspectives. Couchsurfing is such a wonderful way to meet new friends and share stories.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the junior summer holiday, I've done hicht-hiking through Tibet for about 2 month. (Although the same country, but its lifestyle and culture still quite different from Guangxi.) There were some difficulties along the way, no acommondations no cars wanna stop etc, however, I sticked to it and finally made it, which makes me proud of myself.
