Just getting started...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to organized couch surfing but have done plenty of it, and hosted, ever since I had camp reunions at my (mom's) apartment in NYC. I have always loved sharing my space with others and finally have the rule of the roost here is Woodstock, NY, a great destination!

Intereses

Music, travel, other cultures, and new ideas are exciting. I am fortunate to have a life based on creating and experiencing new things- from songs to arts programs and friends.

Música, películas y libros

I am omnivorous when it comes to all forms of culture. I have a special fondness for movies that are funny, music that is made by actual human beings, and books of all kinds.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Went to the music Festival Au Desert in Mali outside Tombuctu, cried at the beauty of the artwork in Florence, got my mind blown at the Dali Museum on the Costa Brava of Spain, and had the best meal of my life in New Orleans. Also loved Barcelona, the Adirondacks, and Moab. I live in a place of magic and beauty in the Catskill Mountains of NY.

I am happy to share music with my hosts, their friends, and children of all ages. I know a zillion songs and love to invite people to sing along. I also enjoy cooking and can function as either chef, sous chef or clean up crew. (I used to run a cafe in Park Slope, Brooklyn.)
