ABOUT ME

I like to think at myself as a vocational wanderer, trying every excuse to stay as far from home as I can.
I'm spending my adult life in Africa: one year in Zambia, one and a half in Mauritania. Between them I had a long trip overland from Zambia back to Italy.
Back from Mauritania I packed a few things on my bycicle and went from New York to Mexico City, just to stretch a bit my muscles...
Four months working in Tunis, Tunisia, writing development projects for my NGO. Then, an upgrade, coordinating stuff in Rabat, Morocco until early 2013. It was march 2013 I guess when I said goodbye (or f... you) to my NGO and settled in Tangier, working for another one and enjoying the cool breeze of the Strait until early 2015.
Nowadays I got a new job in Tunis and I'll be there for a while.

PHILOSOPHY

My balance is the balance of a biker on his bycicle: if I stop I fall, so I go on.

I hosted, I've been hosted and I can't stop telling anybody how a good idea is this project!
On the other hand, I don't participate in any of the community activities of CS; for me CS is just hosting and being hosted.

Traveling, traveling traveling.
But also international politics, movies, books, interesting conversations and plain and simple fun, no matter if coming from a laid down night at some friend's place or from a huge party!

I spent a night out with a bunch of ex-mercenaries in Brazzaville, drinking beers and listening to the banality of evil from their mouths.

I played poker in Riviera, Texas one night.

I almost froze my ass off camping in the desert with my cat

I teach if I'm in the mood, usually a lifestyle. I don't learn much but I put real interest in everything that makes me curious.
