Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be traveling on a budget and want to meet new people and experience how others live. Sight-seeing is great and all but it's about the people you cross paths with and learn things from that really gives you the ultimate travel experience... and that's why I'm Couchsurfing.

Interests

I love learning and trying new things. I thoroughly enjoy playing sport, reading and writing, watching movies, hiking, listening to music and going to gigs, dancing, meeting new people and generally spending time with people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Enjoy an eclectic range of music genres, more specifically bands and artists such as Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, The Strokes, Bob Marley, Silverchair, Asgeir, Flight Facilities, Daft Punk, Peking Duck, The White Stripes, Wyclef Jean, Blur, Arctic Monkeys, Arcade Fire, Kanye West, David Bowie.... The lost goes on. Ultimately I just enjoy great music!

Favourite movies include Wayne's World, The Departed, (500) Days of Summer, I Am Sam, Step Brothers.... These are just off the top of my head... There are too many to name.

Books... Same issue... I liked Gone Girl, Unbroken to name more recent ones. I also really enjoy short stories and funnily enough children's books (for adults) like The Red Tree or The Giving Tree.
