Hello everyone!
We are a French organisation based in Strasbourg, France, which started a project in Ouhaigouya, Burkina faso : this one! Our project is to start up a numerical educative center to teach youths and adults in a different way. In Elovution House Burkina, we believe that education can be done through art, sport, music, dance. To achieve this, we use IT (we opened a cybercafe a month ago) and cultural workshops. We also try to promote sustainable developement in using renewable energies, through solar ovens or solar chargers for example.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are on Couchsurfing because, first of all, our Organisation is based on hosting solutions. We run in Strasbourg several flats, arranged like hostels, where we host people and travelers from all over the world. And our idea is to pursue this here, in Ouahigouya, Burkina Faso. People, traverlers, Strasbourg's guests, come to see our project in Burkina, discover african life and local people!
