Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am totally new to this project, so if I am lucky I will participate by couch surfing as I travel through Patagonia. I hope to be able to host people on a couch of my own when I have a new permanent address/actual couch in the States.

Interests

My major interest is reading and writing. I love books and if anyone wants to have a guest who can talk about literature, I am your woman! Of course I love many other things including hiking, movies, chocolate, field hockey, good music, singing, and asados on Sunday.

Music, Movies, and Books

Ray Bradbury, Edith Wharton, and Graham Green are some of my favorite writers, though the list is always changing and growing with my reading and my mood.

I love folk music, both traditional and the new electro-folk; any music with good lyrics; Joni Mitchell, Bright Eyes, Josh Ritter, many more.
