Ruben is a life coach, inspirator and guitar teacher.

Together with our 2 years young son Abel we are travelling the world to create our project The Love Trail. It's a really simple and powerful concept. Everywhere we go we spread cards with a kind and powerful message to all the people we meet. And through Facebook, we invite everyone to do the same in their one country and language. Sinds 2018 we are also giving Satsang events all over the world.

We are on Couchsurfing because we like to get in contact with local people who can support us with our project. And of course, we really love to meet new people! It's so inspiring and heartwarming.

Els like's to dance Nia. Nia is a combined dance, martial arts and mindfulness. Nia tones your body while transforming your mind. More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life - body, mind and soul. Els wishes to see all beautiful places on earth like the mountains in Sedona, the Dragon's blood trees in Socotra, the red autumn in Japan (this wish has already come true) ...

Ruben love's to play intuitive acoustic guitar and other instruments. It's his wish to play with other musicians and start a big musical project that is related to The Love Trail and also combined with dance.

We love to share about the essence and beauty of life, inspire each other and others to live an epic life and it is our path and precise focus to always follow our highest excitement.

We also like to hike in nature together with son Abel.
