HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have enjoyed great CS hosts on my travels. Hosted 1 so far & met awesome new people on CS-events & while travelling.

I hosted a climbing event in Tharwa, ACT, Australia in feb 2014 for the internship outdoor education I was doing there at the time.(https://www.couchsurfing.org/n/events/climbing-tharwa)

Nature, outdoor sports (hiking, trail running, climbing, skiing, swimming, scuba-diving/snorkeling, canyoning, kayaking,... ), going to concerts, stand-up comedy with a message (watching it, not performing :-)), travel...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I absolutely love nature, so it's those things that amaze me over & over again..
Big things like the Niagara Falls in Canada/VS, or swimming with whalesharks in Australia;
but the 'small' things as well, like the glistering of phosphorus on my skin when nightswimming @ Great Keppel island(AUS), or seeing wildlife when running in the woods..
Spent 3 months in New Zealand, what a stunning place with the friendliest people.. absolutely loved it!!! I was lucky enough to live in a yoga retreat for more than a month while I was there, an absolute treat!
The people I meet on my travels amaze me too; their life stories, their generosity, their knowledge and experience... And what is better than sharing good times with new international friends?!
