ABOUT ME

I am a 19 year old engineering student from Sydney and I have recently got the travel bug. I think that I'm fairly easy going and like to have a good time and love meeting new people. At the moment I am just trying to go with the flow and see where life takes me.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that treating people equally is perhaps the best way to live your life. I try to live my life to have fun and hopefully help other people to have a great time as well

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am very new to the Couch Surfing project and am keen to meet up with fellow Couch Surfers around the world. Although I dont have a couch to offer at the moment, hopefully that situation will change soon so I can start meeting even more fellow travellers!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I havn't couchsurfed yet, but I've slept on many a floor at friends places if that counts.

Interessi

I love music, people, reading, history, learning how things work, drinking is good, the world, FOOD!, seeing new places and things, relaxing, sleeping. Anything that is interesting interests me basically.

Musica, film e libri

I love all types of music - Donavon Frankenreiter, Bob Marley, Bob Dylan, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Daft Punk, John Butler Trio, The Beatles, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Crowded House, Eric Clapton and also heaps of Aussie bands. As you can see much of it is older music.
The movies i enjoy are ones which try to tell you something. One of the best movies i have ever seen in "Into The Wild" which was amazing, and an amazing journey. He Was A Quiet Man, Bobby, Monty Python movies, Apocolypse Now.
I find history books really interesting, mainly European history but more and more i am reading about the history of the rest of the world. Although it may be embaressing, i have to say that i love Harry Potter books as well, but please don't fault me on that! Some other fiction books i have enjoyed are "1984", and the "Northern Lights" series.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Many scooter related incidents, including an entire family on a single scooter, and two people on a scooter, one trailing a wheelbarrow behind them. And both of those were in Bali.

Insegna, impara, condividi

I would love to learn about other cultures and the special history that they have. I think people as a whole are so complex and so learning more about the different cultures of the world is something which i want to do.
