ABOUT ME
Raised all over the United States, still have a lot to see. I am a law student with a particular interest in tax law. I like to think I'm not nearly as boring as my career aspirations may indicate. I believe travel is the best form of education available, it's a damn shame how much time is spent in a class room talking about something that could be experienced. I was a psych major and found it quite ironic how much we were taught about how people think without ever even talking to people.
PHILOSOPHY
Take the world as it comes, treat each day as an opportunity, always strive for growth, and be grateful for all I have. I know it sounds like a bunch of bumper sticker cleches, so sue me.

Interests
The law, tax law in particular, Criminal and Constitutional are fascinating as well but there are plenty of people more passionate about those subjects than I who are doing fantastic work, in those subjects I'm happy to stand on the shoulders of giants.
Running I'm trying to get in marathon shape, I ran 1,000 miles in 2013 but didn't end up where I need to be. So, it's back to the drawing board, simply racking up miles didn't work.
Amateur guitar, I know a few chords and would live to really dive into it but between school/work/other hobbies this one get's left out
German language, I went to Switzerland and thought hey this might be a good idea.
Cooking, I realized recently that cooking is really a lot like a chemistry experiment, that you can eat at the end. So I've been trying to cook myself a new, decent meal at least a couple nights a week.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Swiss alps were amazing, the skyscrapers of NYC, Alabama vs. Georgia college basketball 2013 (an amazing half court 3-pointer to win the game), a New Mexico sunset is amazing as well. Things I've done, I'm pretty proud of running 1,000 miles in a year, I'm sure there are other cool things but I don't like to dwell on past accomplishments on the be bigger and better things
