Hello! This is Elvera from Hong Kong, China. I enjoy cross-country cycling or any form of travelling with complete randomness and freedom. I love interacting with any people and listening to anyone's life stories, possibly sharing one or two of mine.
In real life, I work in corporate strategy and recently I have quit my job to pursue an MBA in Fontainebleu, France in Jan. Looking forward to the journey, and hopefully I will be able to host some of you when you happen to be in my town.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I have just completed my cross-US cycling trip in Nov-Dec 2015. During the time I have enjoyed being hosted and interacting with different people on couchsurfing and similar hospitality platforms. I am now having some short trips around Europe and hope to meet more local friends on the way.

I have cycled across Taiwan, Korea and some remote area of China. I have just completed a cross-US cycling trip from Georgia to Florida and from Louisiana to Texas. My next stop will be Europe and some more exotic countries =)

I have set up a speed dating company several years ago and matched up several friends ....... and also got myself a boyfriend ....

I have been a uni team rep of table tennis so just in case you like to play ping pong...

Although I am not good at Chinese cooking, but to the request of some of my foreigner friends, I have attempted dishes including chicken feet, Chinese dim sum, fried rice and "getting rich" vegetarian dish -- let me know what you want to try and I will get my friend google to help figure out a Chinese fusion dish.
