Melbourne born, woman of the world, flowing through life and opening to all the magic that comes my way.

I greet each day with a generous and curious heart and am amazed by all that I receive in return. I'm constantly fascinated by the contrasts and similarities I observe in every nook of the world that i journey through. We are all one big earthly family and I love meeting my brothers and sisters all over the Earth! We are all beautiful, wonderful, ridiculous and very funny when we allow ourselves to be!

I pass my time by...working as an art therapist, running my own whole foods catering business, cooking for retreats and conscious events, making art, practicing yoga, meditating, and foraging the local forests for delicious seasonal produce to create and share nourishing meals by open fire or in any kitchen I find myself in.

I enjoy connecting. I listen to what can't always expressed through words, and I remember the details.

I am a passionate veggie cook, it's my favorite way to nourish, connect and contribute. Sharing, is of course caring.

I am an artist, and utilise my art, photography, and cooking to communicate and connect. I’m a passionate and curious explorer. I adore meeting new people and becoming familiar with the world.... I cherish moments of creating delicious food and nourishing bellies and hearts.

My favorite way to explore is to set it on foot and observe and feel all which I'm surrounded with, each place has its own unique magic to share and I'm always curious about finding hidden secrets and hiding spots!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Drove a 1982 Volvo around Australia for 7 months, hugging the coastline, venturing into the rain forest and crossing the deserts. Wwoofing on all sorts of crazy environments!

Motorbiked through New Zealand, foraging for fruit trees and sipping Monteiths....lived in Sweden and studied nursing but spent most of the time exploring Europe....lived in Hong Kong and made art and taught English...made new York home for two years and discovered more about myself than I ever thought possible....

Various solo trips to India, Southeast Asia, japan and the surrounds...

In 2014 I flew to Sri Lanka, la di da through Asia and Scandinavia. Hitchhiked from Estonia through Eastern Europe, the Baltic States, the Balkans and through Turkey. A terrific heart opening journey that I would take again in a heart beat! I don't follow a map in my hand but the map in my heart, which often takes me from one extreme to another! From Central America eating more than my fair share of corn in all colors and perfecting (practicing) my Spanish language skills, to Israel the Middle East. 2017 beckoned me back to Australia.

My latest travels have been into the heart of Australia. I’ve been journeying across the desert,
Volunteering in an indigenous women’s law ground in the great sandy desert and cooking for camps out of Alice springs.

I’m on the road again to learn skills to nurture the earth and create community. I was born for the world we are creating and I’m here to offer myself for the highest good for all 💗
