I'm a young professional, based mostly in London, but travelling is my biggest passion. I've spent a lot of time over the last year camped out in quirky little cafes in different cities around Europe, just experiencing life outside of the UK and learning a little about myself in the process.
I read a lot and I also try my best to keep up with writing where I can - whether it's something substantial and long term, or just little expressions of prose or poetry.
At Uni, I studied Philosophy and Politics, and I've worked in the Policy/Political sector for the past year, in local and central government.

run a little creative design agency in London and I teach young people about design and entrepreneurship. I study Politics and Philosophy at University in London and I really love travelling and experiencing new cultures!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm using Couchsurfing because I love the community! The idea of this environment where people from around the globe can connect and meet each other is really cool and I've had some great experiences so far.

Interests

I love music of almost all genres. One of my favourite artists is Gregory Porter, who falls into the genre of contemporary jazz. In contrast, I listen to lots of house music and hip hop when I'm cycling or driving, and I really like relaxed African music - Ayub Ogada is one of my favourites in this space musically.
I have a really strong appreciation for nature, I used to go on walks into the countryside all the time as a kid (much harder now I live in London but I'm always in Hyde Park) and I enjoy cycling (nothing pro, just for leisure).
I enjoy cooking but I also really enjoy eating out - London has so many great places to eat and I go out for lunch or dinner (or both) most days.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Something I'm proud of doing is the international 4 day march in Nijmegen, Holland. I walked 100miles with my team and although it was exhausting, it was an incredible experience. I once flew a loop and did a few barrel rolls in a light aircraft as well!
