ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm a 22 year old cis woman. I was a student less than a year ago, I'm still getting used to a professional lifestyle.
I've lived in Paris almost my whole life, except for a few years when I was a kid and a year I recently spent in Heidelberg (Germany).
I have 3 sisters (and a brother-in-law); my family and my friends are extremely important to me. I really enjoy meeting and getting to know new people.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm trying to walk the road of self-improvment, although it's quite a thorny path and I often feel like I know more failures than successes.
I try to treat people the way I want to be treated, with respect and understanding.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet, but I love the idea and I can't wait to host Surfers from all over the world! Right now I still live with my family and I can't welcome anyone when I'm not alone, which is very rare; I'll soon have my own apartment, however, and I'll be glad to open my door all year long.

Interests

I love to hang around with my family or my friends (how original, right?), play board games, video games, swim, take walks around Paris, discover other places and people... I'm also a big reader.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have fairly basic tastes when it comes to music...I guess they lean towards pop-rock or indie rock (the Killers, Bastille, Emeli Sande, Imagine Dragons, Fun, MCR, Of Monsters and Men, P!nk, Phoenix, Scissor Sisters, the Script, etc.)

I read mostly Fantastic and Fantasy books, with my favourite author being Robin Hobb. Lately I've been interested in YA books and especially dystopies (the Hunger Games, Divergent, Legend, the Maze Runner, the Administration Series, Proxy). I also usually read a lot of fanfiction, although I'm kind of between fandoms right now.

I'm not a big movie fan, I watch a lot more tv shows than I do movies. Amongst my favourite TV shows: Orange is the new black, the Wire, Orphan Black, West Wing, Brooklyn nine nine, The L.A. Complex, Spartacus...
