About Me
CURRENT MISSION
where there's a will, there's a way
ABOUT ME
I've spent almost a year living, working and volunteering abroad in several countries in different parts of the world. After I graduated from university, I knew I didn't want to settle down, so as my friends applied for real jobs and grad schools, I was making travel plans and saving as much money as possible before embarking on my journey. Although I will return home with little money to my name, and no doubt feeling "reverse culture shock," everything I've experienced so far is well worth it!
PHILOSOPHY
Don't let anything hold you back. Go out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I was told about CS from fellow travelers while abroad, and think its a great idea. I'm still travelling but will host people when I return. I'm really impressed by how kind and interesting the other CSers are, and hope to participate in some of the organized events soon!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far I have only couch surfed once, in Croatia. I had a really great experience and plan to keep surfing whenever I can.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent 5 months teaching English in Cambodia. It was the most amazing place I have ever been, a truly magical country.
One of the most memorable times there, was when I travelled with 2 friends to their village in the countryside... 3 people + 1 motorbike + 5 hours + dusty/bumpy roads= good fun! :)
