Hello,

I am a Hungarian from Slovakia, and lived in the UK for 8 years . I work as a research but also I am a violinist and taught violin in London's secondary schools. Currently I live in Budapest as I wanted to get a break from busy London and to concentrate to finish my PhD (which I did in London) in a calmer environment.

Philosophy: Phenomenology as we experience the same happenings and events differently.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I registered about a year ago, and I haven't used the site at all.

When I traveled on a low budget and stayed with friends whom I knew from the local area, I realized that I can get to know the culture and the area much better than being a tourist with a map and following the advice of tripadvisor...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was a great feeling to help young girls in London schools who studied violin but they were very shy and didn't believe in themselves very much. We talked through what they struggled with and worked out their own ways to feel great about themselves. It was great to see how much they were also better on the violin. And they felt lighter and happier afterwards.

I can teach:
violin - would be a long term project though
performance enhancement in public speech and musical performance

I am the member of the Live Your Legend Local in Budapest, and we all are interested in personal development, therefore I am happy to talk about goal setting, positive approaches to enhance performance, concentration techniques etc. In September I started an NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) course which we also can talk about.
