We hate travelling, we don't like meeting new people, tasting new food, trying new things, learning new langages...

Don't expect from us to share any travel story.

We want to get back as quickly as possible to our previous lifestyle and want to work hard for the rest of our life!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It's cliché but we think that it's not the destination, but the journey and the people you meet that matter most.

Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to meet people, share their everyday life, discover other way of living and thinking...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We had our first hosting experience a short time before leaving Belgium.

We visited with our guest places we've never been before eventhough it was only a 10min drive from our home.

Since the begining of our trip, we've been hosted a few times. All were great experiences and we made lifetime friends.

Surprisingly we love to travel! Hey, no kidding?

We're both into the usuals "have fun, have a drink, have a chat, ..." and

Emi loves TALKING, Talking, talking!
She's an animal lover and can't resist to pet them!
She's also into anything related to Disney! Movies, theme parks,... She still has a child's mind! ;-)

Fred's current interest is trying to get more into photography. He recently got his scuba and free diving licences. Back home he enjoys riding his motor bikes and do some sport (helps him not feeling too guilty when having a few beers ;-)).

I love writing about myself in third person...

Emi : Falling asleep at 10 meters from the stage during a live concert of Pro-Pain (Metal Band) ;-)

Fred : Stay stucked in a tree after falling during a mountain bike race with friends ;-)

Sleep in an evacuation center during cyclone Yasi

Dive on the Great Barrier Reef (and try to breath water at 9 meters depth for Emilie ;-))

Dive in the Whitsundays and feed a huge Maori Rass

Sleep 1 year in a tent during our trip around Australia

Swim with Hectors dolphins in New Zealand

Reach a depth of 20 meters while free diving

Ride the bamboo train in Cambodia

Meet awesome people during our trip

As we are native french speaker, we could teach you some french words. Also swear words? Of course!!! ;-)

We could also cook/show you how to cook some typical belgian meal. Keep your expectations low as we are far from being the best cooks ;-)!
