I hope to share in the travel adventures and everyday lives of others both at home and abroad.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Having arrived in Northern Ireland with my best friend Susanne I was informed that we would be staying with various people during our travels around the country. Both couchsurfing virgins we soon warmed to the fabulous concept as people across the country generously opened their hearts and homes to us. Looking back on our trip now it is obvious that our hosts made the journey the great success it was. We have both come away with an extended network of friends and some great memories.

Interests

Interested in all things edible and chocolate dipped I love to travel, search for chameleons, take photographs and cycle.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have a very eclectic mix of music and am always looking to expand my collection. Among my favourite artists are Jeff Buckley, Bo Kaspers Orkester, Lamb and Massive Attack.

Movies and books that I have loved include Amelie, Power of One (Bryce Courteney), It's not about the bike (Lance Armstrong), Blue Planet, Microcosmos, the list is endless...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent 3 days in the middle of the Sahara Desert with 3 camels and my best friend and it is amazing how fulfilling that can be.
