I'm an open-minded and laid-back person with no worry of tomorrow. I find it pretty hard to stay still and I always want to experience something new if it's either travelling somewhere or trying out ethnic flavours in the kitchen. I'd say I come along with almost everybody and love to meet new people.
When it comes to hanging out with friends I'm usually the hostess with a pot of tea and a tray full of biscuits.
I spend my weekdays studying product design in Kouvola and my weekends binge watching something from netflix and knitting or in my tiny kitchen... Probably in the kitchen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet new people from around the world and share my culture with you. I also enjoy teaching Finnish to people who are willing to try! It has caused a lot of fun moments.

Interests

I'm a huge fan of thrift stores, dimly lit cafés and bookshops. I could spend all my life looking for the best coffee shop with the nicest cup of tea and softest chairs. I also love sipping a hot cuppa in the front of a fireplace with a good book and cozy woolen socks.
And as you might have realised, I'm absolutely obsessed with cooking.

Music, Movies, and Books

I find these hard to list as the pile of books I have read just keeps growing and my taste in music is hard to explain. There's not much music I won't tolerate. Movies might be the easiest... My favourite movies of all time have been The Shawshank Redemption and Brokeback Mountain.

I never travel anywhere without some proper Finnish salmiakki. Hosting me you'd have to try it!
