Hi there!
My name is Emilia and I come originally from Espoo. Right now I'm living in Jyväskylä because of my studies. I'm studying music in a conservatory and I will graduate in the spring 2024. My main goal is to earn a living as a singer/songwriter in the future. Right now I'm also working in a customer service job.

It's been a while since I've been travelling abroad. I'm looking forward to learning new languages and strenghtening my rusty Spanish and French. I'm hoping to travel soon again, maybe even this summer or autumn already.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Singing some cover songs in front of an audience of 500 enthusiastic, cheerful and excited young people. The atmosphere was amazing and we were having so much fun on stage! The crowd was singing and dancing along to all of the songs.

I can teach you Finnish and a couple of Finnish songs too, if you like! It would be awesome if you could teach me your language in exchange!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook for you some very Finnish dish and bring you some Finnish sweets such as salmiakki (salty liquorice). I can also sing for you a song or two that I’ve written myself. :)
