Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have heard a bajillion good things about couch surfing and I think it's time I give it a shot! What a wonderful way to travel... meeting knew people who are locals to the destination. I think there's no better way to be a tourist!

Interests

I teach English at three ecole primaires in Paris and have a passion for education. I've also played the cello and piano for over 10 years and love to incorporate music into my teaching. Furthermore, cooking (and grocery shopping!) are my favorite past times. I spend hours every day preparing foods that fill up my body and soul. I also love working with my hands, being out of doors. At home in California, I make sure to get outside into the hills at least once a day. I prefer doing so with my yellow lab, August. He's also my best friend and I miss him dearly while in Paris.
