Hey, I’m Emilie, 21 years old and I’m from Hannover, Germany. I have been studying sociology in Graz (Austria) for a year and in October I also start a graphic design apprenticeship.

In my spare time, I am active at Students for future, like going to art exhibitions or doing something with friends. Right now I am with my little sister on Interrail and would like to come to Portugal. I would describe myself as an interested and uncomplicated person and would be happy to meet nice people on my trip. :)

I love getting to know new people and lifestyles and getting in touch with other cultures through personal encounters. I particularly appreciate inspiring conversations. Maybe you have insider tips for my trip and can show me beautiful corners away from tourism?

I am interested in art, I make music and like to travel. In addition, I generally like to spend time with friends or outdoors and like to take pictures from time to time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every summer I went sailing with my family in Denmark on our mini sailing boat. I really liked to travel minimally and without much comfort, every time it was a little adventure.
Last summer I rode my bicycle from Austria to Croatia. Although I am not a great cyclist, it was very nice to master the challenge.

What I Can Share with Hosts

As a guest, I am happy to help in the house, cook or do the dishes. Generally speaking, it’s important to me that both of us have a good time. :)
