One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I fell in love with Scotland the first time I came for a solo hiking trip around the Highlands :) After that, I chose to study sustainable and social design in Edinburgh to never be too far from the mountains while learning fascinating things...

Teach, Learn, Share

I am passionate about food, its science and its magic. I am passionate about fermentation and I practice it regularly since I led my Master's thesis on the subject.

I am also fascinated by ecofeminism (and feminism and ecology in general). I can discuss it for hours but I can also just listen ;) I am always very curious to exchange about these topics!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love having breakfast in the cozy cafés of Edinburgh and would be happy to invite my host for a brunch (or coffee or a drink...). I simply love food and sharing it, so I can also cook dinner of course :)
