ABOUT ME

I can easily define myself as adventurous and ambitious. Many people associate me as a nomad, which I have accepted b/c it's sort of true. Although i swear i'll settle down one day.
I have a slight obsession with the outdoors and tend to globe trot when my schedule and wallet can allow for it. I'd love to do a long/challenging sea kayak trip one day.
I seem to always catch myself advocating for social justice causes (esp with Oxfam). There's no need for extreme poverty in the world today.

I've been fascinated and motivated by my recent travels in Central and South America and would like to continue...now that i'm out of school for a bit.

I loveee camping...or pitching a tent anywhere really. I like sometimes leaving behind the security of a house to just have a thin layer of polyester separating myself from "outside".

One of my favorite things is to swim. Anywhere, anytime. I'm very comfortable in water because of 11+ yrs of experience and b/c i dont feel my weight and the pressures of life that i feel on land. It's a type of escape, as cheesy as that sounds.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am doing this to connect wth others around the world and to reconfirm with myself that the world is VERY small and diverse...but surprisingly similar too.
I also want to support this interesting cause: the more we globalize ourselves socially, the better we'll be off. I think.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met for coffee with Axel in La Rochelle, France, I stayed with Marie and her family in Bayeux and I met up with Joaquin in Rouen! Thanks to all!
