I visited ‘Machu Pichu’ and Cusco (3400 mts above see level) with only 14 years old with my cousin who was 18. We both ended up lying in bed with oxygen masks and eating sup for 3 days because of the "mal de altura". But I didn't miss not even one single excursion 🤪
