Im a Sustainable Development Engineer student, Im joined couchsurfing in March 2020, because I loved the essence of the application that allows us to share with people the different cultures that we have and thus force ties that form friendships and relationships, rich in cultures.

I love all type of music, it depends from my mood. One of my favorites favorite movie are interstellar, into the wild, a dog day afternoon, fantastic mr fox and many others. My favorite book is "The doomsday conspiracy", from Sidney Sheldon, also "the shining" is one of my favorites too.

Teach, Learn, Share

I practice the Wim Hof Method and pranayama, that basically is the conscious breathing, and this let you to control your immune system. I'm practice ZhiNengQiGong too, a Chinese exercises that bring you peace and serenity to your life, allows you to live disease free.
I would like to learn different types of cultures, customs, languages, etc., wherever you come from, I would like to know something new.

What I Can Share with Hosts
