Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Places mean different things to different people. While sight seeing is cool, its not necessarily why I'm interested in traveling. I want to know what lies beneath the commercialized images of cities. I want to know what these places mean to the people that live in them. Life's more interesting when you get know the people that make places into spaces.
