ABOUT ME

One day I fell off a hay truck and started an adventure, because that's what Americans do, I'm told. This adventure includes lots of reading in coffee shops, losing at pool in bars, and exploring the urban and rural wilderness by foot--all while fabulously dressed of course. If I were a vegetable I'd probably be a green bean: tough and unassuming but sweet inside. If I could write music like anyone it would be Bob Dylan. If I could write books like anyone it would be J.D. Salinger, as stereotypical as that may be. I travel with too many shoes and not enough ice in my cooler. Elizabeth Taylor in "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" rocks my world. I currently live in Brooklyn, NY and am just trying to figure out how it all fits together.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I couchsurfed my way across the country as I moved from California to New York. Couchsurfing has really affirmed for me how full of good people the world is. I hope to return the generosity and kindness everyone showed me on my travels.
