Hey there my names Emily, I'm a 21 yo independent traveller, travelling around this year. I am a social person, I love meeting new people and making new friends, going on adventures and trying new foods.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couch surfing because I believe it's a fantastic network to meet people from different countries. Meeting/staying with people in a different place is an amazing way to get intouch with the culture and generally learn more about the area I'm staying in.
I hope to form new lasting friendships and return to Australia and host travellers, giving them a great experience in South Aus.

Interests

I have interests in nature, the history of nature and the current, which means I really enjoy documentaries and exploring new areas. I have an interest in insects, there's such a fascinating aspect to different species and an exciting thing about travel is getting closer to insects we don't have in Aus.

I love food, I am very open minded to different foods and believe I should it before I knock it.

Music, Movies, and Books

Very open to music and enjoy different genres however have a massive interest in grime and rap at the moment.
Other interests are as wide as rock to heavy metal, pop, RnB, alternative and so fourth.

Movies I enjoy are Stepbrothers, the hangover, nightmare on elm street, friday the 13th, lord of the rings, starwars, harry potter..

Crawling through the Cu Chi tunnels in Saigon where the Vietnamase hid in the war (and shooting an M60 and an AK-47 Visiting the Ganges river and attending a mass (in a boat)
