I've created this profile because the mix of being able to travel the world with such low costs and getting to know interesting and intriguing new friends at the same time is just the best combination one could wish for. I'm always on the lookout to find a new adventure and make friends along the way. I thing couch surfing is a great project that can really help bringing people together and making cultural exchange and making friends easier then ever!

兴趣

I love reading a lot and experiencing new world both in books and in real life! I like to watch interesting shows and movies and I love to watch the world through the lense of my camera. I like to wind down and relax by going on walks, painting drawing while listening to podcasts. I also have a big interest in learning new languages and cultures and thus be able to communicate with people all over the world and build a global community.

I really love to listen to Pop-Punk and some Punk music along with Alternative music. My favorite Bands include All Time Low and Blink-182. I also like Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Panic! at the Disco. Through my parents I also enjoy more classical music as well as artists like Eric Clapton and the Beatles.

I'm an enthusiastic reader and love to read classical novels as well as young adult and fantasy/ mystery novels. I also really enjoy poetry and the occasional non-fiction book. My favourite books are The Catcher in the Rye by J. D. Salinger and Carry On by Rainbow Rowell. My favourite author an literary role model is F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Movie wise, I have a broad range of interests. My two favourite movies are Shutter Island and Call Me By Your Name and thus very different genre vise. It's safe to say that I'm always up for a Harry Potter Marathon in either language!

During my 3 week long trip to California we drove along the coast on Route 1. This alone was an amazing experience but along our way we came through this small village called "Carmel by the Sea" which is the most enchanting little town I've ever seen in my entire (admittedly short) life and it serves as inspiration for my writing.
