Hello, I'm Emily, a 27 year old travelling around Scotland.

I've been living in Cornwall for the past four years, where I love to surf and go on adventures! I've just moved out of my place in Newquay to travel to Glasgow for COP26, and my hope is to travel round Scotland. I have my van so I don't actually need a bed - I'm happy to stay in the van and just use your place as a base - for a warm shower and some company :) I'm friendly and polite, and look forward to couch-surfing with you x

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

To travel the world, meet new friends and maybe host some people too. I became part of the couch surfing community when studying abroad. I spent my first month couchsurfing with amazing strangers who soon became friends in Berlin, and then hosting people in my flat in Mitte when I finally found a place of my own. I travelled around Europe on weekends and couchsurfed more, for instance in Bonn and Paris for the UN Climate Change conferences.

I have worked in a surfing and yoga backpackers in Muizenberg, South Africa for two months, then hitch-hiked up the Garden Route to Jeffrey's Bay and back.
