Hey there, what’s shaking fellow travelers and kindred spirits! My birth name is Emily and my trail name is Matador. I am a lover of life and exploring everything this planet and it’s people, creatures, and plants have to offer. I go by Matador (my trail name) and am currently hiking the Pacfic Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada for the second time. I just got back from a three month journey hiking through South America, embracing new connections and sharing in different cultures. I would love to meet even more new faces along my path and exchange tales. I love to cook for people and if I’m cruising through your town I’m probably resupplying gear, searching for a floor to crash on for the night, and possibly a shower so I don’t pollute your abode with my stinky 25+ mile a day hiker feet.
