I love to travel. I love to meet new people and really experience a place rather than merely visit one. Everyone is desperate to pull back from tourism and take things at a natural pace, and I think this will give me the chance to get on board with that attitude. I'm a stickler for introspection - expanding my potential, learning about myself, and I think this style of travel will give me a fantastic opportunity to do just that. This is my first "big trip" away from home and I can't wait to get started.

My tastes are eclectic: I love all music besides heavy metal. Reading is my favourite thing in the whole wide world, so I would probably say I'm a bit of a book snob - I love Forster, adore Murakami and can't abide Atwood. I admire Homer and feel that everyone should read Kerouac or Ginsberg. Tolstoy terrifies me.
I like Indie films, British films - again, most kinds of films. Not fussy on genre.
