Hi there!

My name is Hsuan-Tzu Kung, you can just call me Emily. I'm from a small island called Taiwan(we are not a province of China btw) where people are friendly and the food is awesome! I was an exchange student in Bamberg, Germany back in 2014-2015, so ja ich kann ein bisschen Deutsch and that’s when I traveled the most in my life (visited all those European countries below) .
My current job offers me a great opportunity to travel some more, so I’ll quit a bit later for the sake of traveling 😂

I would say that I'm the kind of person who needs to warm up, not that talkative at first but once we got familiar with each other or we had some beers together, I'm a whole new person ;) My personality type is ENFP if that means something to you.

I'm adventurous and openminded, would give anything at least a try and I try not to judge people by its cover. Check out my references or you'll know when we meet :)

I really enjoy meeting people from different culture backgrounds. Always fascinated by how similar we are and how different we are at the same time :)

Couchsurfing is the best way to see a city/country 'cause you get the chance to be with locals! Had overall great experiences on CS when I was in Europe.

Since I cannot host at the moment, I'd still like to catch up with you guys whenever I have free time. So drop me a message when you are in Taipei! We can grab something together and I can show you around :)

兴趣

I play the violin, guitar and piano.

I like to watch TV shows such as Dexter, Breaking Bad, America's Next Top Model, Game of Thrones, Sherlock and The Fall by BBC.

I also like to have some drinks with my friends, watching movies/cooking shows, taking photos, traveling (what a surprise lol)and I'm a hopeless chocoholic.
