Hello! My name is Emily and I am working on my Master's degree in Comparative Politics in London for the next year. I love good food, music, new experiences, talking about politics and learning everything I can about other cultures.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed in Switzerland and throughout the Middle East, I really love it. I also showed some of the couchsurfing community around my city when I was living in Indonesia. I would like to host in London but my housing doesn't really allow it, will definitely host when I get my own apartment though!

Interessen

I like reading, indie & live music, my dogs, exploring cities on foot, red wine, modern art, history, documentaries and foreign films, chocolate, and lots of other things.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I read a lot of non-fiction but am making more of an effort to read some of the classics. I really love books on international relations and political conflicts in the Middle East. And history.

Music I love: The XX, Of Monsters and Men, The Avett Brothers, Yann Tierson, Classical Music, Oldies, Italian Music, Death Cab for Cutie, Tegan and Sara, Ed Sheeran, Ingrid Michaelson, and a ton of other people. Really a variety. Not the biggest fan of house music though.
