Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore, meet new people, teach and learn.
ABOUT ME
I'm interested in nature and creativity,I enjoy foraging for wild food and flowers and cooking meals with friends. I love to travel and explore new places in lots of different ways.Through tavelling I have had many great experiences and learnt a lot from others. I have spent the last few years studying permaculture and herbal medicine and spend a lot of my free time down the community orchard and making various potions and lotions.
PHILOSOPHY
Everything will work out okay in the end.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have mainly only surfed so far (though did it with my ex boyfriend and he ended up with all our references so couch surfing thinks I am a newbie!). I seem to often end up meeting couch surfers out and about in town that end up crashing at our house, though I am yet to formally host a couch surfer.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
A few summers ago I embarked on my first ever couch surfing adventure and it was amazing. It was much more than I ever expected it to be and I met some wonderful people.
Interests
Cooking and then eating, finding wildlife to photograph, walking around, relaxing in the hammock in both easy and challenging places, hedgerow brewing, travelling about, working at festivals in the permaculture area, foraging, walking by the canal, making herbal remedies, running workshops and teaching people , natural building, gardening, lazing around in my friends cafe, being in the wilderness, visiting various English pubs and drinking ale, hitchhiking and the unpredictable things that happen and people you meet.

Teach, Learn, Share
I love skill sharing, I do this a lot with friends in Bristol. We all seem to specialise in different things and run informal workshops for each other from knitting to brewing herbal ales to pruning fruit trees. I absolutely love learning new things and sharing what I know. For the past few years I have spent my summers teaching practical herbal medicine workshops at festivals. Since moving to Bristol I have learnt so many new things and done so many different short/long courses.
