ABOUT ME

Hey!
So.... I decided to take a year out after 6th form... and the year has come and gone. This is partly due to me deciding to apply for nursing, after working in Kitami, Hokkaido, as a nursing assistant, and because I'm loving my time in Japan.
I enjoy watching live music and cinema. I'm interested in different cultures and how people think and behave. and I like to have fun in general!

PHILOSOPHY

I have the feeling I could bore you terribly here...
I'm motivated mostly by the feeling of fulfillment in my life

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoying reading books by authors such as Lian Hearn, Paulo Coelho, Holly Black as well as Biographys and Autobiographys. On one hand I like to be taken to a different place when I read a book but on the other hand the true stories of people fascinate me.

For music.. hmmm... I like The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, The Hives, The Pigeon Detectives, The Fratellis, Reverend and the Makers, Louis XIV, Muse... there are far too many bands to list.

Films films films. Good film's names always disappear from my head! I like I wide variety.. Except for action and horror, bleh. Recently I have enjoyed Atonement and Pan's Labyrinth but being in japan I haven't been the the cinema for a while, so I've just been watching things on DVD like Shimotsuma Story and random films from Studio Ghibli.
