ABOUT ME

I got the travel bug in 2003 (so to speak). Packed up my apartment and left for Europe on a 1 month backpacking trip; I didn't return for 3 years. I believe it's important to be open minded when travelling and not to let opportunities pass you by. I have since settled down in Vancouver to grow some roots. I love discovering cool new pubs or events in and around the city.

Don't take yourself or life too seriously.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a comfy couch available in my 1 bedroom apartment. Nothing fancy but does the trick.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My friend introduced me to CS when we went on a trip to Seattle, WA and stayed with a CS host there. It was great to have suggestions on where to go and how to get there from a local. It was such a good experience that I decided to join!
