Hello! My name is Emma and I'm currently a senior in high school graduation May 21 (woohoo!!). I play soccer for my school's varsity team and I'm also a dancer. My favorite things to do in my free time are yoga and watercolor painting; it's a really useful stress reliever for my busy schedule. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a complete sucker for One Direction, it's my guilty pleasure. I also like Cage the Elephant and Portugal the Man (I'm going to their concert in June), but my favorite band is probably 5 Seconds of Summer. Favorite movie is hands down Across the Universe, no questions asked. I do not read very much but when I find time I like to indulge in some poetry (I'm a big fan of slam poetry).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most recent thing I can think of was a couple weeks ago I was working and someone ordered a pizza and never came to pick it up so after my shift I took the pizza downtown and gave it to a homeless man. It's a small thing but the smile on his face was something amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

At my school I work in the Special Needs classroom and I share, teach, and learn with those kids everyday.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm very experienced with yoga and could teach hosts some great exercises for weight loss, ab and leg toning, flexibility, stress relief, and relaxation. I'm also a long-time dancer so if any of you are interested in learning I can teach hip hop, lyrical, and poms basics. I'm very motivated, adventurous, I like to be spontaneous, and while my sense of humor might take a little getting used to I have been told that I'm very funny.
