Hey folks! My name's Emma. I'm a 27 year old Canadian gal. I've lived in both Europe and the American South. I LOVE music. All different kinds, but predominantly metal and hard rock. I'm always happy to share a few drinks and good conversation to some live music. I love animals and have been primarily vegetarian for about 2.5 years now and have been trying to convert entirely to vegan. I love cooking and trying new foods. I find history and archaeology to be fascinating! I am a bit of an adrenaline junkie and love the outdoors. I'm fairly friendly and can often make friends with just about anyone. I'm looking to travel the world, one couch at a time. :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once sat with a friend in a lush forest on a hot summers evening. It was humid, and the smell of the woods was thick in the air, the sounds of crickets serenaded us. Shortly after dusk we began to see the tiny gentle bursts of light that only fireflies could create so beautifully. Within ten minutes there were thousands of them, surrounding us from every direction. Some so close they could have landed on our noses. It was amazing. A memory I'll cherish forever.
