Music, Movies, and Books

I love 60's psychedelic folk music, garage rock, dream pop, all things funky, rocky, hyper, electric, wubby, wooshy, you know... I love music that is confusing at first then after the third listen you feel like you've discovered a musical genius. I think funkytown is one of the greatest musical compositions ever created. My favorite show is Adventure Time.
Recently I've been reading about plant intelligence, psychic intelligence, and indigenous wisdom. Over time I have acquired a small library of informational books throughout the realms of mycology, herbal medicine, climate science, sustainability, communities, religion, spirituality, and other fun topics because who needs college anyway.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can tell you some cool plant facts, maybe you can teach me some too? I can tell you about the process of cultivating shiitake mushrooms from inoculation to harvest. I know some stuff about the scientific and medicinal properties of mushrooms and I actually have a crevice of my brain reserved for fungi knowledge that is mostly vacant at the moment. I'm ready to learn more so lets please talk about mushrooms. I have been working in greenhouses/gardens for a few years and I will be taking a Permaculture Design Certification Course while in Costa Rica!
