I am from Cincinnati, Ohio but I have been living in Wilmington North Carolina for the past 5 years. About three months ago I decided to pick up and move cross country to San Diego, CA to live with some friends to experience a new way of living and wanted to travel around the west coast since I have never really been to this side of the country. I love to travel, swim in the ocean, hike, camp, go see live music, and basically do anything that involves being outside.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing to experience new towns and meet some cool people.

My Favorite Music: The Grateful Dead, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Phish, The Allman Brothers Band, Umphrey's Mcgee, Keller Williams, The Tedeschi Trucks Band, String Cheese Incident, Snarky Puppy, Fleetwood Mac, Bill Withers, Curtis Mayfield, The Growlers (basically any music besides mainstream country and pop radio)

Favorite Movies: Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (the old one with Gene Wilder), The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Coolhand Luke, all of the Harry Potters, The Big Lebowski, Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, just to name a few.

Favorite Books: just read Ask the Dust by John Fante and I loved it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Packed up all my things and took a cross country road trip from Wilmington, NC to San Diego, CA and moved to San Diego without ever visiting there and we stopped at amazing places along the way to go hiking such as Zion National Park (hiked Angel's Landing and The Narrows) and Arches National Park (hiked all of Devil's Garden) (just to name a few).
