Hello! I'm Emma and I have a love for traveling, the outdoors and meeting new people! I grew up in Truckee, CA skiing, wake boarding, hiking, and backpacking. I go to school at Chico State and am studying to be a special education teacher. I am currently studying abroad in San Sebastian, Spain learning Spanish and traveling through Europe.

I'm on couchsurfing because I love the idea of having locals show me their city and making new friends along the way that hopefully I will be able to host at some point. I heard about couchsurfing through a few of my friends from Denmark and Poland who said it was the best way to travel through Europe.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I was 17 I graduated high school early to volunteer in an orphanage in India for 3 months. It was one of the most amazing experiences and I would most certainly recommend it to anyone who is interested in such a diverse culture as India.
